Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours (subject to availability).
Goods are sent out either 1st or 2nd class registered post and a signature will be required on receipt. ( goods cannot be left in a safe place without a signature)
We are unable to specify a delivery time so it may be more convenient to give a work address.
Deliveries are made between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Overseas Delivery
Europe EU member state Royal Mail up to 2kg £18.95 Courier up to 10kg £23.59
Europe non member state Royal Mail up to 2kg £18.95 Courier up to 10kg £35.24

Import Duty
If your order is being delivered outside of the EU then you will not be charged VAT but you will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
If your order has not arrived within 5 days please get in touch. We will be able to track your order for you.
Returns Policy
You can return any product that you are not happy with to us in their original condition and packaging within 7 days or receipt. (Please get proof of postage).
Please ensure packaging is secure as it may not be possible to refund or replace an item damaged during return transit.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please contact us within 3 days of receiving your goods and we will advise you.
